Barefoot trail Hillesheim
Hillesheim
The barefoot trail is 1.6 km long and has 22 stations. First, the path leads over various pavements and sandy paths to the lake. Here, after getting a little cooling in the water, the stages start over sea sand, pearl gravel, fine splits, coarse gravel, lava sand, tree bark scrap or mulch to the brook bridge. Here you go either through the gravel road or over the bridge and then over tread plates, lawn banquets and balancing beams. If you feel like it, then take the via ferrata to the limestone cave and after a meadow stage you come back to the lake, where you can cool down in the water again. For the love of your health: get on the road!
By car follow the signs in Hillesheim, the Navi is programmed to the road "Am Sportpark" to the parking lot at the Info-Pavillion.
Detailed information and brochures are available at the tourist information offices of the Gerolsteiner Land holiday region.
