Brewery beer garden

Since 2021, head miller Erwin has been running his own mill brewery in addition to the four fully functional mills, romantic half-timbered suites, a registry office and many other attractions. A new covered beer garden invites you to sit down and relax. Enjoy a home-brewed Mühlenbier and delicious grilled dishes from our Mühlen-Grill.

We are also there for you in the cold season! In addition to our brewery beer garden, our rustic brew pub is also open. You can look forward to Erwin's home-brewed Mühlenbier and a delicious range of food in both brewery pubs. Fresh grilled chicken, hearty brewery chops, juicy potato pancakes and much more await your appetite!


Opening hours brewery beer garden and brewery grill
In the summer season daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (brewery grill only until 9 p.m.).

Opening hours brewery pub
Winter season daily 5 p.m. - 12 p.m. 

Reservations for the brew pub and brewery beer garden are possible for groups of 10 or more.

Birgel- Bielenhof Alm

Here you will be provided with all kinds of specialities from the region during your tour. On the grounds there is also a petting zoo for young and old and a milk filling station with farm shop - well worth a detour! We keep various animals in seven enclosures, such as rabbits and guinea pigs, goats and sheep, two alapacas and a pony. A special attraction is the pond; here live goldfish and koi as well as geese and ducks. All the animals look forward to being fed and petted by you.
