Eifelsteig à la carte - Eine erlesene Portion Eifelsteig

Neroth

Created by a volcano, with a castle crowned by a king, founding place of the Nerother Wandervögel, and all this hidden under mighty beeches that claw with their bizarre roots into the volcanic rock is the Nerother Kopf, with 647m one of the highest and most interesting volcanic elevations on the Eifelsteig.

On a 3-4 hour hike you will experience nature and history up close and, as so often in the Eifel, there are also legendary things to tell here. In addition, the Nerother Kopf is also the home of Thomas Körsten's bee colonies. The master beekeeper will introduce his hard-working staff in more detail after our tour (from 7 pers.). Sturdy shoes are required and walking sticks are also recommended because of the inclines.
