The traditional harvest festival in Rockeskyll is celebrated with a varied programme.

On Saturday, 21 September from 7:30 pm, dancing with "The Hurricanes" in the large marquee ensures a great atmosphere and a good mood.

Havest-Sunday, 22 September, traditionally begins at 11 am with a festive service in St. Bartholomew's Church in Rockeskyll, where the harvest offerings are blessed. The farmers' and crafts market can then be visited from 2 pm. Musical entertainment will be provided by the music societies from Steffeln and Walsdorf-Zilsdorf.

Food and drink will be well catered for on both days.

The Rockeskyll volunteer fire brigade is looking forward to welcoming many visitors!

After three long years, the Mozart Weeks Eifel are finally making a guest appearance again in the fantastically beautiful Protestant Church of the Redeemer in Gerolsteiner. On Friday, November 15 at 7:00 pm, the Southwest German Chamber Orchestra Pforzheim will perform under the direction of its first, long-standing guest conductor Georg Mais together with soloist Wen-Sinn Yang, violoncello. The versatile ensemble, consisting of fourteen musicians from seven nations, is one of the very few “full-time” chamber orchestras in Europe, and the varied program of this eagerly awaited concert with one of the best chamber orchestras in Germany includes masterpieces by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Joseph Haydn and Peter Tchaikovsky.
