On April 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM, the Forum Hillesheim invites you to a solo concert with Steinway Artist Albert Lau. The pianist, born in Hong Kong and living in Cologne, presents a captivating program under the motto "Hope and Renewal" featuring works by Fryderyk Chopin, Franz Liszt, and Franz Schubert. Program:

• Fryderyk Chopin: Nocturne in C-sharp minor, Op. posth. / Polonaise in A-flat major, Op. 53

• Franz Liszt: Consolation in D-flat major / Les Jeux d’eaux à la Villa d’Este / Rigoletto-Paraphrase

• Franz Schubert: Piano Sonata in B-flat major D.960

Albert Lau is among the most promising young pianists on international stages. His concert activities have already taken him to renowned venues such as the Royal Opera House London, Laeiszhalle Hamburg, Beethoven House Bonn, and numerous other concert halls in Europe, Asia, and the USA.
