First date 2025 of our popular mystery dinner with a 3-course menu and role-playing: A legendary night train makes an unscheduled stop in the small village station Ahütte in 1913, where famous fellow travelers are found. Perhaps the actress Sarah Bernhardt, the dancer Mata H., or even the arms dealer Basil Zaroff are on board?

Participants will receive their role card well in advance and have a crime to solve – or perhaps even to commit themselves?

Participation €79.00 including food and a welcome drink, plus additional drinks of your choice.

Verkehrspolitischer Abend im Museumsbahnhof

Dr. Norbert Reinkober is responsible for rail traffic between Cologne and Gerolstein as the managing director of go.rheinland and will visit the museum station. In his lecture, he will address infrastructure development, the opportunities of electrification, and mobility stations. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for further exchange and a social conclusion in the station gastronomy. Admission free, participation only with prior registration. Auf den Spuren der Eisenbahn mit dem Eifelverein Gerolstein

The 10 km hike leads from Gerolstein to Hillesheim along the former railway track. On July 1, 1912, the era of the stagecoach came to an end with the commissioning of the railway line. After destruction in World War II, the line was decommissioned. Helmut Bell from the Jünkerath railway enthusiasts explains the history along the way.
