Heartfelt invitation to a contemplative concert by the choir "KlangEscht" on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2024, at 4:00 PM in the St. Medardus Parish Church in Esch.

Experience an hour filled with beautiful sounds that awaken the anticipation for the Christmas celebration. Come with family and friends, and enjoy this special afternoon with us.

Fackelwanderung zum Jahresabschluss des Eifelverein Stadtkyll

Zur traditionellen Jahresabschlusswanderung mit Fackeln und Lichter laden wir alle Wanderfreunde, insbesondere aber auch die Kinder recht herzlich ein.We cordially invite all hikers, especially children, to the traditional end-of-year hike with torches and lights. We start on 28.12.2024, at 6 pm at the church square and hike on small detours to "Haus Petra", where we end the club year comfortably at the winter campfire with mulled wine and cocoa.

17. Gerolsteiner Salutschießen mit Neujahrswanderung

On New Year's Day in Gerolstein, there is traditionally "something for the ears" – a New Year's hike and a salute shooting from the Löwenburgfelsen. The meeting point for the New Year's hike (free of charge) is at 10:00 AM at Brunnenplatz. At 11:45 AM, the town mayor will give a New Year's greeting. Afterwards, at 12:00 noon, the New Year's gun salute from the Löwenburgfelsen will take place. This will be followed by a cozy get-together at Löwenburg Castle. The Gerolstein local DRK organization will offer some warm food.
