ServiceQuality Germany

The ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative offers a nationwide, three-stage system for the step-by-step improvement of services and offers using practice-oriented instruments.
The businesses audited by the ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative are allowed to identify themselves with the "Q" quality seal and thus send a signal that they are interested in further development, have worked on service quality and are pursuing it sustainably. For end consumers, it is the assurance that they can trust an establishment that has been certified according to an audited quality standard.

The Tourist Information Centres in Gerolstein, Hillesheim and Stadtkyll have successfully met the requirements of ServiceQualtiät Deutschland.
